Oh, well I've done one of the totem quests for her. I didn't know there were more...Do I actually need to have the totems in my possesion for the howls to work?

So I have a werewolf character, that has all the perks from the skill tree...Only problem is the howl perks don't work at all...I howl, expecting to frighten the higher level enemies, but it never works...I howl expecting to call upon other werewolves to help me, but they never show...The only...
